Finance Manager

 Ensure strict compliance and application of the procedures established in the finance and administration manuals, human resources manual and the child protection policy put in place by the NGO.  Cash flow management, planning and monitoring of the cash flow plan.  Produce a correct and timely monthly financial report for the organization’s senior management team, Rome’s central office in Italy, project managers and NGO donors.  Set up dashboards necessary to inform the management of program funds.  Work on proposals for funding requests to be submitted to donors.  Make annual and monthly budgeting for the organization.  Monitor the program budget and that of project managers.  Follow up on petty cash accounting and bank reconciliations.  Calculate the monthly payroll, taxes, levies and social security contributions and payment of staff.  Organize the physical inventory of assets and update the file of assets by registering new equipments.  Perform weekly supervision and monitoring of the stock store management.  Provide support to the various internal, as well as external, accounting, tax and financial audit missions.  Organize the recruitment and induction process for new staff.  Organize capacity-building workshops for staff on the organization's human and financial resources policies.  Provide technical, material and managerial support to all employees under my direction  Plan and organize training for new and old staff in various fields.  Bridging the gap between the NGO Bon Pasteur and public institutions that collaborate with the NGO Bon Pasteur.  Provide support to the organization in terms of tax advice.
