BIC BANK SARL Kinshasa 10/08/2012 - 03/22/2013

National Manager

- As a National Manager, I was to create and develop a new Banking sector with the new structure of the Bank. The Nigerian based First Bank of Nigeria. FBN had a very precise vision and I was to accompany that vision. - First Bank’s vision is to make BIC the first bank of the DRC. As a result, we agreed to create Premiere Banking service, to able the middle and upper class to have a more privileged banking service. This service was very well organised and created great advantages for the clients and as a result decreased customer complaints and increased deposits in the Bank. In a team of 4 we managed all the clients in a professionally synchronised and friendly environment. This positive attitude leads us to having great success.

Rawbank SARL 05/06/2019 - 11/17/2012

- As a Private Banking Officer, I was responsible for 800 clients in the portfolio. I was responsible for finding new clients and for the rise in cash deposits in this department. It was a new challenge for Rawbank as it was a sector they did not yet develop and were on a trial period. -I took over the portfolio at 5 million American Dollars and the challenge was to raise those numbers to the maximum for the end of the year to enable us to meet the set objectives for the year 2009. Rawbank is a very young bank here in Kinshasa/DRC therefore has not yet had the maximum trust from clients as they should. Clientele was very challenging, to convince a client to deposit their hard-earned cash into such a young Bank was not as simple. Building up the trust was now a very big factor of my Job description before all things. - I had to attend various VIP events to enable me to find the right types of clients to meet with the requirements for this department of the bank. Clients that will continue to use the services and get the numbers up. I did the follow up for that clients and sales of the product such as Mastercard, Term Deposits account, internet banking, SMS banking etc. -I ended the year 2009 at 60+millions of American dollars and met the Objectives for that year. -The following year was again a bigger achievement as we exceeded again those numbers to double of what we did the previous years. This also due the hard work won the The award of Bank of the Year 3 Years running. As I had reached the maximum knowledge in this Department I wanted to change sectors to again new experience and meet new challenges. I am now in the Corporate Sectors. My new job description is as a corporate Officer and I am responsible for all the Diplomatic Missions/ Embassy accounts and the NGO and non-profitable Humanitarian clients. This has turned out to be a new challenge that I am very much on top of my objectives. Very challenging to bring in the new clients and to see to it that all regulations are met according the Bank regulations.

HSBC Bank Plc High Street Kensington Flagship Premier Branch & Norbury Branch 11/04/2002 - 08/23/2006

Manager

I started at HSBC Bank as a cashier undergoing training for the number one head cashiers’ position. Cashiering was very good because you got to learn all the basic transactions within the bank and the importance of speed and accuracy. It is very important to maintain these qualities. It was a very demanding role as we were situated on very busy high street in central London. I received my grade 4 at the bank just after 3 months and was head cashier for 3 months. I wanted to expand the knowledge, so I worked my way into the counselling position and was now meeting and greeting out front. I dealt with accounts including savings, credit, high deposit and premier client accounts, transfers etc.
